Welcome to SendEO (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a Google Chrome extension and productivity tool operated by ReplyEO. We respect your privacy and are deeply committed to safeguarding your personal information and Google user data.

This Privacy Policy describes how SendEO collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you install and use our Chrome Extension and associated web services.

1. Information We Collect

SendEO only collects the minimum data strictly necessary to provide personalized bulk email dispatch and campaign tracking:

Google Account Information: When you connect your Gmail account via Google OAuth 2.0, we obtain your email address, profile display name, and OAuth authorization tokens.
Campaign Data & Content: Email subject lines, recipient email addresses, mail merge placeholder values (from your uploaded CSV or manual input), email body text, and attachments you choose to send.
Operational Metadata: Campaign dispatch logs, real-time delivery status (sent/failed), and daily quota counters to ensure safe sending rates under your active subscription plan.
Anonymous Profile Identifier: A randomly generated local identifier stored in your browser to maintain isolated campaign state per Chrome profile without accessing other profiles.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used exclusively to deliver the functionality of SendEO:

To authenticate and connect your authorized Gmail account via secure Google OAuth 2.0.
To transmit and dispatch personalized emails directly through your connected Gmail account using the authorized Gmail API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send).
To provide live campaign progress updates, delivery logs, and quota tracking.

🔒 Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

SendEO’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

1. No Inbox Reading: We only request the gmail.send scope. We cannot and do not read, index, or access your existing inbox emails or threads.

2. No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or monetize your Google user data or contact lists to any third parties, brokers, or data aggregators.

3. No Advertising: Your data is never used to serve targeted advertisements.

4. No AI/ML Training: We do not use your emails, recipient data, or personal information to train artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.

5. No Unauthorized Human Access: No human is permitted to read your email content or recipient data unless you explicitly request customer support assistance and grant permission.

3. Permissions & Security

In adherence with Google’s Principle of Least Privilege:

Narrow Scopes: We only request https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send to send emails you explicitly compose.
Encrypted Transmission: All communications between the Chrome Extension, our backend servers, and Google APIs are secured with end-to-end TLS/HTTPS encryption.
Token Security: OAuth access tokens are stored securely and never exposed publicly.
Attachment Processing: Attachments are securely uploaded to encrypted cloud storage solely for email transmission and are purged after delivery.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You maintain complete control over your data:

Disconnecting Accounts: You can remove any connected Gmail account at any time directly within the SendEO extension or by revoking access in your Google Account Security Settings.
Deletion Requests: To request immediate deletion of all associated campaign logs or account records, email us at support@sendeo.site and we will permanently delete all records within 48 hours.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements to our service or compliance requirements. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
